Our airconditioning stopped working last night (Sunday evening). Started calling companies this morning. No luck then finally I posted on our neighborhood fb page asking for recommendations. Called OEL and they had someone out within the hour. They found the issue right away and now we have air conditioning again!!! I am so amazed at the whole process, start to finish professional, caring and responsive!
